"One sunny spring day, when I was eight, I was sitting under my beloved apple tree - which was in full bloom - when a vast Living Loving Light
appeared in the garden. The Light spoke to me - explaining - that I'd come to Earth in this lifetime, in order to blast through (and end the reign of) society's darkest belief systems of shame, guilt and self-hatred, ideas that still blind so many good humans to the innocent love, freedom, power and creative joy that live in our 'Real Selves'. The Light assured me that I would be shown the way to free myself AND my fellow humans from self-condemnation and self-limitation, by facing each belief head on, and then going through it to the other side.
I received an M.A.in Political Science and Multicultural Education. I have devoted forty years of my life to public schools. I discovered my innate love for education while serving the American Government as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Venezuela and as aTeacher Corps Volunteer in San Francisco 's Mission District. I was hired by the San Francisco Public Unified School Sytem in 1971 and taught every grade from K through 8th grade. In 2005 I retired from "active duty" to complete my opus, 'Uncle Tom's Classroom'.
In my two books, Uncle Tom's Classroom and When World's Unite , I chronicle how I passed through the social programming of shame, guilt and self-hatred, and eventually was able to reawaken to my True Cosmic Super Self.
